Your Open Water
Diver training
includes professional instruction in the classroom, pool and 5 Open Water dives in the clearest lake in the Mid Atlantic
region! We teach you the proper and safe way to dive as well as how
to enjoy your new found adventure.
Included with you class fee are the following
items:
- Certification Card
- State-of-the-art Home Study Kit including training DVD and
Manual
- Instruction for all classroom, pool
and open water dives
- Scuba equipment with tanks
- Weights and weight belt
- Wetsuit
You will need the following "personal gear":
-
SSI Total Dive Log System
-
Scuba Quality equipment that is fit to
you: mask, snorkel, booties, fins and two scuba mouth pieces (you
don't want someone else's cooties do you?)
-
Gloves and hood are recommended
Don't buy your "personal gear" until
you have had a free consultation with one of our diving professionals.
For example, we have over 20 different styles of Scuba masks for you to try
on. Some divers have a face that many masks will fit and others find
only one or two that fit. Fins can be the same way. Your comfort can
depend on a professional fitting of your personal equipment.
