friendliest dive shop around (well, our divers tell us that anyway!)
We are a small shop and typically have student to Dive Leader ratios of 4 to
1 or less during your training. That's almost like a semi-private or
private class! CBDC's
class and equipment prices are hard to beat, so shop around and compare and
see for yourself. Or just save your self the time, money and
aggravation and visit us first!☺ But most important of all, at Chesapeake Bay Diving Center we care about the safety and comfort of our Open Water students and our Advanced Open Water Students! We take pride in developing good divers and will go that extra mile to make sure that you are skilled, comfortable safe and well prepared for your new diving adventures. We provide high quality equipment and very warm wet suits so that you are safe and comfortable during your open water dive training. CBDC provides high-quality training for both beginning and advanced diving from Scuba Schools International. We believe that to be a safe and comfortable diver, you must be well trained. For example, to prepare our Advanced Open Water divers for ocean diving below 60 feet we suggest the SSI Deep Diver and Wreck Diver Specialty courses. Under the direct supervision of a Dive Leader you will make an actual ocean dive on a real ship wreck to a depth range between 75 - 100 feet. There is no better way to prepare yourself for deeper ocean dives than by doing them! We strongly feel that you need to experience the real thing during training.
